Buyer / Channel Partner
If you are a director, executive or senior decision maker responsible for purchasing, procuring or specifying services for your organization, then you would be eligible as a Buyer / Channel Partner attendee.

Buyers / Channel Partners attend the event FREE of charge and without obligation to purchase anything and are not subject to 'hard sell' tactics. Complimentary attendance includes includes Luxury Cruise line accommodation, full meals, meetings, discussion group participation, onboard entertainments and 1 day shore excursion at an exotic location!

Q) Am I obligated to buy or commit to anything from the exhibitors I see?

A . No, absolutely not. The only thing we ask of you is that once you have agreed to attend you do not cancel!

Q. How much will it cost me?

A. Nothing! Clients attend the Forums for FREE. This includes Luxury Cruise line accommodation, full meals, onboard entertainments and 1 day shore excursion at an exotic location!

Q. How will I know which exhibitors are there - and what they do?

A. Unlike a normal exhibition, you will receive full details about the 25 (or more) exhibitors and their products and services about one to two weeks before the Forum. You can then decide who you want to see. You can also accept invitations from exhibitors to meet them.

Q. How many exhibitors will I see?

A . It varies, but normally around 15-25. However, spread over the 4 days this still allows you time to attend the workshops and gives you the chance to meet other Vendors / Suppliers informally.

Q. Will I have to see any exhibitors I don't want to?

A . No.

Q. How do you make up my itinerary?

A . We take the list of exhibitors you want to see and match it with their requests. More often than not, most of these match so both parties end up seeing who they really want to.

To get the most from your meetings, fill in the questionnaire (we will send you one when you have booked) as fully as possible. This way we can make sure there are exhibitors at the Forum who cater for your exact needs - and exhibitors can target only clients who are genuinely interested in their company.

Q. Can I change my itinerary?

A . Yes. The best way to do this is to see the exhibitors themselves during the Forum to find a mutually convenient time to meet.

Q. Can I attend with a colleague?

A . Yes, as long as they have separate budget or purchasing responsibilities from you. However, there will be an extra charge only for the partner, as our package to the Vendors /Suppliers are at a very low profit margin, to give them the best value for their investment.

Q. When do I have to return the booking form by?

A. With a maximum of 30 places available it is advisable to book a place straight away by returning the Company Profile & Booking form - online.  

Vendor / Supplier  

If you have innovative product and service solutions to the industry sectors we cover and can provide those services to the Europe , Middle East & Africa region, then you would be eligible as a Vendor / Supplier.

Vendors / Suppliers attend our events to promote their products and services to senior level decision makers in a series of one-to-one business meetings that are pre-arranged prior to attendance.

Unlike traditional exhibitions or alternative events; attendance for Vendors / Suppliers is limited by sector to ensure diversity and competitive advantage.

Q. How do I know there'll be enough clients for me to see?

Prior to the Forums we can tell you the number of companies that are interested in your products and services - so you will know that there are enough possible prospects.

Q. When do I get to see the fact sheets on each client?

About 10-14 days before the Forum.

Q. Can I contact them in advance to find out if it's worth seeing them?

A.
Yes, although you shouldn't really need to. The questionnaire will tell you if your products or services will appeal to them.

Q. What if I don't get enough clients wanting to see me?

A.
The Forums are designed to avoid this happening! The clients will have already indicated what they are interested in on the questionnaire - so if you are supplying that service or product a match is likely to result. Clients will want to see you because you are offering what they need.

Q. How many people will I need to "man" the stand?

A.
We recommend that you use one different person on each day. As a Vendor / Supplier, 2 persons can attend the Forum, from your organisation. However, you can bring any additional staff required, at an extra cost per person.

Q. So what stand material will I need?

A. Very little. Most exhibitors bring one or two posters, enough brochures/handouts for the clients they are seeing and maybe a laptop computer to demonstrate their products or services. We can provide you with fully equipped break-away meeting rooms at an extra cost per hour / day.

Q. Does the cost really include everything?

A. Yes - it really is value for money! The cost of the stand, electrics, furniture, appointments, Luxury Cruise line accommodation, full meals, onboard entertainments, I day shore excursion at an exotic location for 4 days is all included in the cost. Only sundry onboard expenses are extra.
